Testimonials
Testimonials
"When we decided to downsize from our one hectare life style block, we visited other retirement villages and eventually decided to move to The Boulevard, because the villas and the layout of the village were very appealing. We have not been disappointed in our choice, in fact it was the start of a new life for us both.
Karen and Dean have built a community that is second to none and it seems just like our family has expanded to include all our new neighbours. We all have different skills to contribute to the well-being at The Boulevard. Long may it continue." Fay & Bill Wilson

"I was the first to sign up for the Boulevard and I am very happy with my decision. It is friendly and social environment and we know that Karen and Dean care about us. I feel safe and secure within the village. There is a great social life and plenty to do". Ann Butts

"I have a villa at The Boulevard Village and it was the very best decision I could have made. I'm happy and have made some wonderful new friends. Also the owners Karen and Dean are just amazing people, nothing is too much trouble and they take a personal interest in any stress that you may have. Come and have a look, you won't regret it. PS: we have some great social evenings full of laughter and fun". Lisa Paget

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
