Public Transport Bus stop outside the complex goes past Merivale and into town. Bus stop opposite the complex goes past Bishopdale. Free Bus routes stop at both these bus stops.
Shops The Northlands Shopping Complex is within a mile of the Villas. Also a further sopping complex called North Link wih Briscoes, Rebel Sport. The Bishopdale Shop are on the bus route and just over a mile away.
Mall The Northlands Shopping Complex is within a mile of the Villas.
Parks Marblewood Park is opposite the facility in Harewood Road, and St James Park is within one mile in St James Avenue.
Library The Papanui Library is within 1 mile of the Villas, just opposite the Northlands Mall
