Within Golden View we have our Golden View Lifestyle Village, Golden View Care aged care facility which we offer services for those who need long-term or short-term residential care. Our apartments are newly open which give you the independence you desire with a little extra help.
The Lifestyle Village provides you with the opportunity to spend your time quietly in an attractive environment with companionship never far away you have the freedom to come and go as you please and to be active in the village life and community.

If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
