There is always a friend we can have a coffee with. I can just lock up and leave the village when I wish to. We have resident run line dancing and AUT run exercise circuits.

Help is there whenever needed. No Maintenance and plenty of company, friendship and amenities if I want or need them.

We love the Relaxed & friendly vibe. Personal security. Choice of activities.

We have a very pleasant villa with all day sun. No maintenance and family who live overseas are pleased we do have people around who could help if necessary.

Great people and a range of interest groups established. Apartments well finished, double glazing and reasonable size.
