Summerset by the Ranges is a well-established, beautiful village situated to the south east of Levin in the heart of Horowhenua. Framed by the spectacular Tararua Ranges, the village is only a short drive to the Levin town centre. Even with its central location, the village maintains a semi-rural feel, being situated in quiet, relaxing, park-like grounds.

The village provides residents with access to the full continuum of care from independent living to care options in our care centre and industry-leading memory care centre (subject to availability).

To find out more about this village and the homes we currently have available, contact Sales Manager, Bre Heythuysen 06 367 3085 or request a free information pack by clicking on the button at the top of the screen.

Please note that rest home level care and hospital level care in our care centre is not currently available due to refurbishment. Our Memory Care centre is open.

*All Summerset homes are sold under a licence to occupy and are subject to availability. Summerset does not offer rental accommodation.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
