Service Description
Service Description
New Zealand has seen exponential growth in our older adult population. There are more sick and vulnerable people needing care in their homes. Hospitals are increasingly challenged with more and more cases as the general population increases at an accelerated rate. People need care more than ever and there are simply not enough carers and nurses to respond to the growing need.

How we contribute to the care industry is by bringing our team of highly trained, vibrant, care professionals ready to make a point of difference where they are needed. They have the skills and knowledge and are personally coached, mentored and supervised by New Zealand Registered nurses. Scott Holland is committed to continuous growth and development. We are pioneers of a new model of care that is the first of its kind in New Zealand. We take pride in being part of this initiative, which means our clients will be actively participating during, and throughout the entire care process.

Our personalized service with you in mind.

We understand your needs and know how important it is for you to be in the comfort of your home during this time. Maybe you just need a little helping hand. We believe that Teamwork is the key to giving quality care. Our staff have all the right ingredients to fit a team. They can relate to the challenges in any setting and will collaborate with the team to give excellent care.

Scott Holland understands that the end-of life process is one fraught with apprehension, fear and sadness. It is not every day that we experience losing our loved ones and just as quality of life is important, quality end-of-life is equally essential. We work with hospices and aged residential care homes to provide high-level palliative care. Our service is based on the fundamental concepts of pain-free and comfort care principles. We hope to be of help to you in giving the best end-of life care to your loved one.
