Looking to gain more knowledge on digital skills? Having trouble setting up your new equipment? Wanting to connect with your family around the world, but don't know how to get started?

Our Computing for free workshops are designed to support people looking to gain insights into the digital space. These FREE courses are designed to make using technology easy for anyone, regardless of age. Come as a group to learn new skills with free and affordable computing, business and personal development courses available in your community. Our connect hubs are available throughout Canterbury and our friendly tutors are here to help get you started on your digital journey.

We are based in Christchurch City, Woolston, Papanui, Rangiora, and Timaru.

At Ara we offer a verity of differing training options, from Bachelor degrees through to one day workshops. If you are looking for something to study, either for yourself, someone you know, or for your workplace please do get in touch with us. We cover topics in the health, hospitality, diversity, and language and culture, as well as hobby workshops you can do with friends and colleagues.
