Cameron Courts is a sunny Retirement Village in a handy location in Ashburton. The Village is smaller so there is a real close knit community feel. The Village borders the Reserve which is a great place for a walk.

There is plenty close by with many of the local shops just one or two kilometres away. Theres a Bunnings, Yarn Barn, Garden Centre, Mitre 10 as well as two supermarkets and a butchery and grocer. You can catch up with friends at Colombus Cafe, or meet for a hearty dinner at the Speights Alehouse. There are takeaways around the corner too! The hospital is within walking distance which is handy for appointments.

For those with the future in mind, Cameron Court has a care facility on site if your needs ever change.

The care facility also has a varied activities programme which you are welcome to join. Meals are available from the main facility for a reasonable rate if you don't feel like cooking.

Your weekly fee covers grounds care and external maintanence so you don't have to worry about doing the lawns.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.

In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
