Both houses and apartments are available at Alpine View. We offer independant living as well as personalised care options. All houses are standalone and designed for sun and privacy. Each house features two or three double bedrooms, a garage (single or double), French doors in the living and dining areas, and great indoor-outdoor flow.
Serviced apartments are avialable within the Alpine View Lodge, in the heart of the village, which is staffed 24/7. Apartments come in three sizes: 40m2, 60m2, and 80m2.
Village life is vibrant and varied. Enjoy a film in the Roxy Movie Theatre, watch your favourite sport in the large sports bar, or enjoy complimentry coffee and fresh daily baking at Ginger’s Cafe. There is also a heated pool and spa, hair salon, gym, workshop, medical centre, demonstration kitchen, library, and a brand new purpose built Clubhouse for large functions and events.
Alpine View residents have access to an extensive program of activties and events, as well as our TRILife Wellness Programme, designed specifically to enhance lifestyle through a focus on nutrition, exercise and state of mind.
Leading the way in the retirement space, Alpine View offers a fresh take on retirement village life while still providing a full continuum of care. Located less than 1km is the new Prestons community shopping complex with a number of shops and cafes, including a New World Supermarket and a pharmacy. The Palms Shopping Mall, Parklands Bowling Club and number of local golf courses are just down the road, there are plenty of opportunities to immerse yourself in community life both inside and outside the village.
NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
