Wharekaka also provides twelve independent, two bed room villas, on land adjacent to the rest home. All Villas are available as they become vacant on a 'Occupation Rights Agreement' basis . The home is managed by a part-time Facility Manager with the support of a full-time Care Manager and fulltime Receptionist.
