Description
Peria House Rest Home invites you to visit us and meet the supportive and energetic team of Management and Staff.

Our dedicated care embraces mental, physical, spiritual and family well-being.

Nurse care, Diversional Therapy, Massage, Hairdressing and Outings are just some of the services available to both full-time Residents and Day Care/Respite Care individuals.

A ‘home away from home’ located in pleasant grounds with rural/sea surrounds.

Community volunteers come regularly to involve the Residents in a variety of activities and outings.

We are very proud of our success on a national stage, winning the NZ Aged Care Association Surpreme Excellence in Care Award in 2012 for our Blokes Shed at Peria House. A joint initiative with Alzheimers Eastern Bay of Plenty we are very proud to have been able to turn our vision into reality - a vision to meet the needs of men with dementia in our community and provide a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for them.

MISSION STATEMENT
To provide supportive care and choice for older people to live in their community.
