Description
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
To provide residential and rehabilitation services that promote independence in a respectful and person centred manner

The North Canterbury Rehabilitation Centre has been providing rehabilitation services since 2018. We now have long term rest home and respite care beds available for people who find that they can no longer manage at home on their own.

Set in beautiful gardens amidst the tranquility of the Ohoka countryside, the Centre provides the perfect environment to stay well and enjoy life. 24-hour care is provided by our experienced and caring staff, who will focus on your health care plan and help you achieve any goals you have set as part of our person centred care approach. A registered nurse is always available and we have other services that you can access within the centre

Breakfast is buffet style but all other meals are cooked onsite by our in-house chef.
Family, whanau and friends are welcome to visit and there are several spaces that can be used to entertain your guests.
