Relocating into any new setting can be unsettling and may take time to adjust. However, with our support and experience in providing Rest Home and Continuing Care services to individuals and their families, this change should become a pleasant and positive experience. Because of its location, many Aria Park residents continue to live near relatives and friends in a secure caring environment. The residents have a community lounge, a large sunny conservatory and extensive outdoor decks on two levels that are used for social get-togethers or private moments with families or friends. Aria Park is near shops, a movie theater, cafe's, restaurant's, Alexander Race Way and community parks. The center of Auckland is just a short bus ride away and the bus stops near the front door. A village minibus takes residents on special trips to places of interest. Please also feel free to request a copy of our Information Brochure. In it you will find additional information such as: The Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights, an overview of our services and answers to practical issues such as care of clothing, our policy re residents' banking and security. A tour of our facility and services is available throughout the week or weekend so please call to arrange a convenient time to visit. |
