About Bupa Parkstone Care Home
Bupa Parkstone Care Home, provides rest home, hospital, and Bupa short-stay care. Our care home is situated in the lovely suburb of Ilam here in Christchurch, with plenty of garden areas and seating for family and residents to enjoy.
We offer a large variety of activities 7 days per week because we believe you should choose how you want to spend your day. There is a range of activities for you to get involved in if you choose to.
We love getting to know our residents and their families, who are welcome at any time. It is important we get to know you well, so we can deliver care that is right for you. You and your family are included in decisions about your care every step of the way.

All our residents receive the same consistent level of high-quality care. Then you have the option to choose between either standard or premium accommodation. Standard rooms attract no premium fees or additional charges.
Premium rooms offer enhanced amenities or attributes, over and above that of a standard room, for example they could include an ensuite or shared bathroom, a balcony, view, or a room that is larger than a standard room.
This is a premium room in a Bupa Care Home on offer by Bupa under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who 'buy' into a retirement village. If you intend to 'purchase' you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
