More than 3,800 New Zealanders call a Summerset village home.

Summerset is the third largest retirement village operator and the second largest developer of villages in New Zealand. We have 21 villages throughout the country, built in just 20 years.

We build villages that reflect the local environment and feel like a local village should; one that creates a feeling of familiarity. We have warm, welcoming and vibrant communities.

We also provide a continuum of care. This ensures certainty that if your circumstances change we can provide the right care in a place that is right for you. This includes in-home care through to rest home and hospital-level care in our modern Care Centres.
