Auckland Hearing is an independent Audiology and Hearing Aid Clinic owned and operated by Audiologist, Maree O'Sullivan. Our main focus at Auckland Hearing is assisting adults with hearing loss, to improve their communication with family, friends and colleagues.

We will assess your hearing and find the right solution for you. Often this involves fitting hearing aids, or may mean referral to another specialist if your hearing can be improved medically.

Being an independent hearing aid clinic means we are not owned by a manufacturer (or big business) and therefore are able to choose the best solution for our clients without financial influence.

We are able to offer the best value hearing aids in Auckland as we are a small company with lower overheads.

Our equipment and reporting systems are state of the art allowing us to accomplish our goal of running a (mostly) paperless office and to have open communication lines with our clients.
Maree was able to explain in layman’s terms, the extent of my hearing loss and guided me to an aid that best suited my needs. I found her to be very pleasant, with the right blend of professionalism, efficiency and patience to overcome my various concerns and early ‘teething’ problems, with her on-going support. Barb J - Ellerslie

When my daughter Hannah recommended Auckland Hearing she said "It’s worth the trip Mum, Maree is really good at explaining everything and gives a good service". She is right – It has been worth the trip. Sonia has also been friendly & welcoming which means a lot in these days of often indifferent service. C. Geddes - Waipu

- “after unsuccessfully trying to get hearing aids via ACC and knowing the cost of them, I consulted Auckland Hearing. I felt very relaxed with Maree as several options were put forward. Knowing costs from other sources I was happy with the firm quotes given. Decision made. It all went well from there - with fitting, follow up fine tuning and final appointment to see that my goals had been met. Very discrete hearing aids - lots of people are unaware of them. Now I can enjoy, once again, hearing things that had been lost to me.” B.Armstrong - Half Moon Bay

I first contacted Maree for a hearing check about six years ago, after a rather disappointing experience with a different audiology company. But I found her to be much more helpful and went with her advice on which hearing aids would suit my particular needs. Her diagnostic evaluation was spot-on and the results were actually better than I had anticipated. I only wish I had contacted her earlier. Max Ross - Auckland CBD
