Description
Norfolk Court Home & Hospital is committed to providing the highest quality person centred care to all residents, to promoting personal health and well-being in a friendly and homelike environment. Rest home, hospital and dementia level care is provided, involving 24 hour staffing by a dedicated and capable team of nurses and caregivers. The Dementia unit is secure to promote resident safety while also offering a regular programme of activities and outings.

We currently have 2 vacancies for Dementia Level care within our separate secure unit. When we are full enquiries are welcome to be placed on the waiting list. Large rooms are provided, some with ensuites and access to ranchsliders and decks and courtyard.

Norfolk Court provides a lovely indoor / outdoor flow environment, with decking, garden and furniture areas, imitation lawn for mowing, childrens play area, a full sized recreational tractor and a clothes line.

Two separate lounges are available, a library area and piano.

Music and song sessions are provided regularly by local performers.

Details re Meals All meals are cooked on site and recipes are planned in conjuction with a dietician to ensure that meals are varied, interesting and nutritious.
Staffing Details We have a wide mix of about 47 staff including nursing, caregiver, cooking, household, facility and administrative roles. We recruit based on the right attitude, skills and experience and promote ongoing staff learning and development. All staff participate in the in-service training programme covering a range of skills in rest home, hospital and dementia level care.
Fees Details/Fees Do Not Include All services, fees and any personal payments are outlined in the resident agreement, and discussed fully as part of the referral and admission process.
