| I would like to express my gratitude for the care of my mum and to the kind carers who do such a wonderful job looking after mum. I have also been really impressed with your activities coordinator. Nearly every time I come to see mum she is engaged in some wonderful activity. She appears happy and is smiling and laughing. She is talking and joking like I used to remember her. I am so grateful and it is so good to see mum engaged as opposed to just sitting alone in her room. I have seen some really positive changes under the new management with the place looking tidier and the walls decorated with some lovely images. It has also been good to see the manager and the registered nurse constantly around and obviously being very visible and involved in the residents and improving the Home.
