It is now easier to remain independent and stay in your own home with the support of Healthcare of New Zealand’s friendly team of health professionals. Whether you need help with personal care, home support, your medication, wound care, or managing your health needs, we can put together a support package designed especially for you.

Healthcare of New Zealand is a quality accredited Kiwi organisation that has been supporting people to live their lives to the full for more than 20 years. Our fully funded services are available via referral from your doctor, local needs assessment agency or through ACC.

Service Description
At HealthcareNZ we aim to give you a quality, personalised service. Our staff of support workers and nurses are chosen for their experience,skills and reliability.

Your support will be managed by a co-ordinator who will visit you at home to assess your needs and assist you in identifying the most appropiate ways to meet your ongoing requirements.

You have the right to choose the Support Worker that you prefer to provide your support service. If your Support Worker is ill or on holiday you have the right to a replacement. Your Co-ordinator will contact you to talk about this.

Our Services include:
*personal care such as grooming,showering and dressing

*homehelp such as housework; assistance with meal preparation, shopping, mobility; and many other areas in which you may need help

*nursing care such as post-operative care, wound care, medication management, palliative care, and many other specialised nursing services

*additional services, which may be available in your area.

* Staying in your own home has never been easier!

Most of our services are fully funded or subsidised, but they can also be paid for privately.
