Come in the Hodgkins Street main entrance, then turn sharp left and drive to the bottom of the complex, you will see the BUPA flag flying outside my open home. I look forward to seeing you there.

If you intend to purchase you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Further information about Retirement Villages is available in the section 'Frequent Questions'. Some Retirement Villages are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please do your homework.
In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
