Arthritis New Zealand supports people with arthritis to enable a better quality of life. We can provide information, education and self management to people with arthritis and put you in touch with a support or exercise group.

Special Features
Seminars are planned throughout the year in different areas on a variety of subjects to do with arthritis.

"Living a Healthy Life with a Chronic Condition" is a six week self management course. This covers all aspects of self management, giving participants the skills to take control of their lives.
