What's New

Otumarama has  initiated the 'Liverpool Pathway' Pallative care Pathway.

We have been working closely with the Nelson Hospice in our Pallative care role.

We have also started a new' 'Mens group' initiative . The trips and activities are chosen by the group and only men assist with the groups activities.

We started this group after realising that a lot of activities in RH care are women orientated activities. Also most activities co-ordinators are female.

So far the men have visited a private collection of classic cars, been to an 'action' movie, visited Nelson Library and been out for lunch at the Brightwater Tavern.
