Te Puke Retirement Village is a welcoming, boutique style village – a comfortable place to enjoy your own independence, in the friendship of a small community. Our park-like grounds create beautiful views and lovely spaces for our residents to enjoy the outdoors. As well as a strong sense of community, our residents enjoy long term support, thanks to the future care options at Te Puke Country Lodge Care Home on site.
People who live in our village enjoy the company of others while also maintaining their privacy. Small villages like Te Puke make it easier to get to know your neighbours. Our range of activities and entertainment offers a relaxed opportunity to get to know others.
You will find you have more time to do the things that you want to do, rather than spending time on chores like household maintenance.
When you're looking for the comfort of community, independent living and services to your door, serviced studios are the right choice at Te Puke Retirement Village. Offering homely studios with smart design and a cleaning/laundry service that leave you with more time to relax or socialise.
No need to cook when a serviced studio comes with two daily meals delivered. As part of the village community, you'll have access to a range of activities and the 24/7 emergency alarm system is there if you need it.
We would be delighted to have the opportunity to talk with you about our village. To book an appointment call our Village Coordinator - Jo Neuhauser on 027 257 5452

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who ‘buy’ into a retirement village. If you intend to ‘purchase’ you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Some Retirement Village type facilities are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please make sure you investigate fully.
In some villages there may be some Retirement Village units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
