| We have available a Serviced Hospitality Unit in the Village available for the use of visiting friends and relatives. It is a 1 bedroom unit but will sleep up to four comfortably. This is currently charged out at $70/night.
We also have four Care Suites which are 1 bedroom apartments which are contained within our Rest Home facilty. We can provide full care for residents within these Care Suites at either a rest home or hospital level of care. The Care Suites provide residents with the independence of Village living but with the additional care as it is needed. This prevents residents having to move from their units/apartments if their level of care needs change. Our Care Suites have proved to be very popular and we currently do not have a vacancy. However please feel free to contact management for further details. |

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (hereafter referred to as The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who buy into a retirement village. If you intend to purchase you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Further information about Retirement Villages is available in the section 'Frequent Questions'. Some Retirement Villages are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please do your homework.
In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
