| A small affordable village complex, designed to suit the needs of the 55+ age group wishing to lead an independent, relaxed but secure lifestyle.
We have a gazebo in the rose garden with a outdoor table and chairs - great for outdoor dining. We have a number of benches and chairs available in the gardens on which to enjoy the lovely surroundings. The local public transport stops right at our gate. The corner dairy which also sells (very nice) Fish and Chips is a quick walk away. The Manager is responsible for the Administration & Maintenance of the Village buildings and grounds, Accounts, banking, reading electricity meters monthly and charging out power accounts to Residents and banking payments. Budgets, organising the AGM, running the Bus to town and also the Sale and Re-sales of Units. The two bedroomed Villas are all unique, some have a conservatory and no garage, some have bay windows with internal access garages, others have larger lounges. 24 of the 30 2-bedroom units have garages with internal access. All our Units and Villas are constructed with Hinuera Stone to sill height and then texture coated to the soffit finished with natural cedar shingles and corona shakes. They have aluminium windows and doors and the garages have auto opening doors for ease of access. |

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (hereafter referred to as The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who buy into a retirement village. If you intend to purchase you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Further information about Retirement Villages is available in the section 'Frequent Questions'. Some Retirement Villages are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please do your homework.
In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
