Heretaunga Rest Home and Village in Silverstream has a limited number of independent living apartments for seniors.
Usually, these are full and vacanices are rare. If you are interested, please place your name on our waiting list. The apartments have a roomy bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, full bathroom, full kitchen, large living area with access to own outdoor paved area. They also have a laundry, coat closet, central heating, fire alarm and sprinkler system. Heretaunga is part of the Oceania Group, a member of the Retirement Villages Association. In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
