Erin Park Retirement Village encourages independent living in a warm, supportive, caring environment. Offering apartment-style living, with 32 one and two bedroom apartments, the high-quality village facilities include communal lounges, indoor bowls and pool table.
Residents are able to live as independently as they wish, knowing that their environment is safe and that help is close by should they need it. There are personal medical alarms in each room, providing 24-hour on-call cover. Each brand new apartment comes complete with new white-ware (oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer) and every apartment has a heat-pump, for year-round comfort. As well as freedom from home maintenance, there is also the security of knowing that most regular bills (electricity/gas, water, rates, building insurance) are paid by Bupa Care Services, as part of the Occupation Right Agreement. To quote a resident living at Erin Park Retirement Village, “I have never lived so cheaply”. Erin Park Village is close to shops and services, and offers a welcome place for family and friends (including staying overnight).
