Cargill has pleasant garden areas and plenty of communal space for residents to enjoy, including a courtyard and eye catching water feature.

This retirement village and rest home is for seniors who like the option of being able to join in with social events but at the same time feel able to enjoy their privacy, whichever they prefer

Many residents like the fact it is a smaller senior care facility, as this gives them a greater feeling of companionship.

In the retirement village, the villas are well- sized.

Cargill is part of the Oceania Group which is a member of the Retirement Villages Assocaition and the New Zealand Aged Care Association.

NOTE: The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (hereafter referred to as The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who buy into a retirement village. If you intend to purchase you must get independent legal advice before signing your occupation right agreement as required under The Act. Further information about Retirement Villages is available in the section 'Frequent Questions'. Some Retirement Villages are not required to register under The Act so different legal requirements apply. Please do your homework.

In some villages there may be some units that have multiple uses e.g. a Serviced Apartment may also be used as a Residential Care Suite. The same unit may therefore show in several places on Eldernet.
