Special Features
SERVICED STUDIO UNITS AND APARTMENTS

Each of the 17 studio units and 4 apartments have been designed as part of the Rest Home complex, yet still giving the owners the ability to lead an independent lifestyle.

Eight studio units overlook the Springlands Bowling Club, three have a North East aspect overlooking picturesque grounds, six studio units and four apartments overlook the spring fed Murphys Creek, these have a sunny northerly aspect. These units have several lounge areas and a separate dining room along with other numerous facilities already offered by Ashwood Park.

Owners of the units will have the ability to enter the complex through the Rest Home or through a separate entrance way for the studio units.


Each of the studios contains the following:
· Large open plan living area
· 24 hour nurse call above the bed and ensuite
· Kitchen complete with fridge, microwave oven
· Ensuite with toilet, shower, vanity
· Built in furniture
· Fire sprinkler system
· Door opening onto private patio

Each apartment contains:
· Large separate bedroom
· Ensuite is situated off the bedroom
· Large rimu kitchen

Should you decide to purchase a Studio or Apartment please complete an application form.

Once approved the application will be forwarded to the Villages’ Solicitor who will then forward the formal License to Occupy document to your nominated solicitor.

Your Solicitor will advise you on the terms and conditions therein.

INDEPENDENT VILLAS

Each of the eighteen Villas at Ashwood Park Retirement Village are architecturally designed and built to a high standard. Located in the landscaped ground each is sited well for the sun.

Each Villa contains the following:

· 2 bedrooms

· Bathroom
· Laundry
· Single attached garage with internal access
· Open plan living area
· Permanent materials

Each Villa is equipped with:

· Nurse call system in the master bedroom and bathroom

· Meals (at reasonable cost)
· Use of day care facilities (at reasonable cost)
· First right of refusal of a Studio unit
· Preferential entry into Rest Home

The Retirement Villages Act 2003 (hereafter referred to as The Act) is designed to provide improved protection for people who buy into a retirement village.
