Woburn Home is set among beautiful grounds only minutes from the centre of Lower Hutt. We are extremely proud of our 40-year history of providing wonderful care for the elderly in Wellington.
We have 42 single rooms providing care and support in a comfortable, homely environment. Our dedicated staff support residents in maintaining their preferred lifestyles and independence in a home-like environment. We encourage residents to stay involved with their community, whether it's visiting their favourite hairdresser or attending their marae or RSA club.
