Eligibility Criteria Tenants need to be 65 years of age or older. Access to these facilities is open to all Northlanders, be they Masons or non-Masons.
Garden Maintenance Lawn maintenance is included in the rent, however each Unit has its own garden for the tenant to look after. (Ideal for growing vegetables!)

The Maunu Masonic Village nestles near native bush and manu units have additional elevation ideal for catching the summer breeze. There is ample off street parking and a local shopping centre with superette and post office is just a couple of blocks away.
