| The Opunake Districts Rest Home Trust, in partnership with Residents and their families, will provide a Resident centred service for elderly people within their community that promotes independence and quality of life. This consultation will ensure the provision of a service that is comprehensive, multidisciplinary, values driven, appropriate, and safe. |
