Special Features
A social, fun loving atmosphere is what underscores the philosophy at Rawhiti Lodge Care.

Rawhiti Lodge Care occupies one of Matamata’s gracious old homesteads. Two wings of bedrooms have been built onto the original Heritage building. The building is set amongst mature trees in a beautifully maintained garden which gives our Clients, their visitors and staff a lot of pleasure. The gardens are used in a practical way for example on special occasions a marque is set up on the back lawn. The seating areas on the decks give tranquil views of the garden.

The home has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and the main rooms, because of their size and layout give Rawhiti Lodge Care the feeling of being a family home.
