Located in Browns Bay, Maureen Plowman offers rest home care to up to 38 seniors.
There is registered nurse cover 24-hours a day and a core group of experienced staff members. Because of this aged care facility's size, staff get to know very residents well. Someone is always around to help, or just to talk to, whatever is required. The facility itself is surprisingly spacious. The passages are wide passages, the hallways well lit and there are a number of courtyards. There are numerous outings and other activities co-ordinated by a recreational therapist for residents to enjoy.
