| Details re Meals | Breakfast - generally fruit and choice of cereal or porridge with toast and tea and coffee. Lunch is soup and light meal with fresh fruit and bread and butter, cheese and spreads. Dinner is our main meal of the day served in the evening with wine or juice Morning tea and afternoon tea are home baking - slices, cakes, scones etc. Supper is a cuppa and a plain biscuit. | |
| Staffing Details | Each care centre has a Care Manager who is a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse. Bramlee House (Rest Home) also has a Clinical Co-ordinator who is a Registered Nurse - the rest of the staff are Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. In Goddard and Ashcroft Houses (Dementia) there is the Care Manager as well as Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. In Reeve House and Nimon House (Hospitals) there is the Care Manager, Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care givers. On night duty over the complex we have a Registered Nurse night co-ordinator to cover the village. | |
