Special Features
We have a Personal Wellbeing Programme called LIFE:
Living the best life you can
Improving your Independence
Having Fun and being yourself
The Oceania way

Life is the personal wellbeing programme offered exclusively by the Oceania Group

The LIFE programme was developed from the Promoting Independent Living Study (PILS), carried out by Oceania (then Eldercare) and the University of Auckland in 2003/04.
The initial study looked at methods of improving quality of life for oder people in long-term residential care through goal setting and simple physical exercises.
The results were so successful in improving quality of life and independence for older people, that Oceania created the LIFE programme, building on the proven tenets of the PILS study.
