| Claire House has been owner-operated since 1985. Claire House consists of the original home (16 beds - en-suites, lounge and dining) with two new floors - Fleurmont and Clairemont developed in 2008 each consisting of 8 bedrooms (en-suites, lounge and dining) and 4 external (independent) units.
Claire House is beautifully decorated through out with a guest house presentation. Some bedrooms have French doors leading onto individual Juliet balconies. The gardens at Claire House have been developed over many years and are enjoyed by residents, staff and visitors alike. Claire House has recently establsihed Claire Villa - a small 5 bed boutique rest home located beside Claire House at 89 Prospect Terrrace, Mt. Eden. | |
