| Bryant House has a friendly and homely appeal. Pleasant gardens and open living with lovely home baked food create a relaxed and caring environment. |

Blind Foundation provide support to residents (talking books and information), RSA visit the home monthly and also provide transport to monthly sing a longs, activites programme (incorporates, entertainment, clubs for art, craft, bowls, bingo. Church services communion weekly for Catholics and monthly interdenominational, exercises 2-3 times a week plus direction from Kiwi Sports, garden (own gardener keeps things pleasant to look at) Happy hour each Wednesday afternoon, indoor games (pool table, bowls, croquet), trip to library weekly as well as selection of books available on the premises, massage if required (staff trained in massage), videos shown at times, discussion groups and reading from newspaper is popular, shopping offered weekly and outings as arranged in van (residents given opportunity to choose). Resident shop open Tuesday afternoons.
