Brooklands Home for the Elderly
|
Brooklands provides quality care for the older person. We value our residents and the work we do to provide client-centred care. We recognise that each person is an individual with their own needs, preferences and contributions to make. We promote the self-worth of residents, encourage optimum levels of independence, foster a comfortable, home-like and safe environment, and treat all residents in a manner with dignity and respect.
