| At Annie Brydon's we have really good staff and as such a low staff turnover. This helps residents to form lasting relationships with thier carers. The facility is owner operated - with a lot of the staff being involved in the overall management decisions. |

We have a fantastic activities coordinator who works approximately 20 hours per week. She runs a very interesting and varied programme for our residents. Particularly popular are our visits from the local kindergarten and other children's groups.
