Outings Yes Yes we have regular outings in a comfortable van (contract). We welcome input from the residents as to where they would like to go. A good time is had by all! The van has a disability seat which allows our more disabled residents to enjoy outings as well.

Special Features
We are situated in a tranquil garden setting at 5 Alexander Street, Otahuhu. residents enjoy our extensive decking area and our great urban views.

We are proud to be a 100% owner operated facility. we are a smaller sized resthome that allows you to experience that personal touch.

Our aim is to ensure residents recieve the best possible care by qualified and experienced staff, ensuring their individual needs and well being are met in a safe clean inviroment.
every room is completely furnished but we encourage residents to bring their own personal items to enable them to feel at home.

Our two lounges look out to urban views and our extensive covered decking allows residents to enjoy the indoor /outdoor flow of the facility.

We have tastefully decorated and are currently refurbishing parts of our facility for the ongoing enjoyment of our residents, all rooms are fitted with a hand basin, most have ensuites.

Details re Meals good wholesome home cooking, a well balanced diet is provided with special attention to those residents who require specialised diets. Menus are audited by qualified dietician.Suggested favourite meal options are welcomed especially on birthdays.
Staffing Details All staff recieve regular external and internal ongoing training. All staff hold First Aid Certificates. We have a wonderful team of dedicated long term staff that care for all our residents in a caring and loving manner.
