We the Staff of Albert Park Residential Care are committed to the care and comfort of our Clients. Respectfully we promise to:-

Provide care which focuses on total wellbeing - physical, social, spiritual, psychological and is culturally sensitive. We emphasise normality of lifestyle.

Provide care which preserves Clients' privacy and rights.

Provide an environment which is safe, stimulating and harmonious and with the least possible restriction.

Encourage on-going family and other caregiver involvement.

Provide care by a dedicated Team of care staff who are constantly updating their knowledge and skills. Ongoing staff development is a core principle at Albert Park.

Provide care which is constantly monitored by an effective Quality Assurance programme; a programme which observes and follows clear goals and objectives, and creates and ensures adherence to standards of practice and service, policies and procedures to best benefit our Clients, their relatives and the staff of Albert Park.
