Interests & Activities

Two Recreation staff on site provide extensive programme from Monday through to Saturday. This includes exercise programme, bowls, musical entertainment, cards, scrabble, computer experience, art, cooking, craft, music, drama, bingo, quiz, crosswords, van outings, monthly newsletter, seasonal festivities etc.

Individual as well as group activities are catered for and families and friends are welcome to come and help or participate

Details re Meals All meals cooked on a 6 weekly rotating menu. Residents offered a selection of meal options and home baking. Individual tastes can be accomodated as can specific dietry needs
Staffing Details Residents are allocated a Primary Nurse on admission.This is the Registered nurse that plans their care and will do this in consultation with the family if the resident wishes.
Associated Complexes The Masonic Villages Trust has retirement villages in Horowhenua and Wairarapa providing retirement housing and resthome and hospital level care
Fees Details/Fees Do Not Include Hairdresser, glasses, dentures, telephone,newspapers, specialist fees non pharmac funded medication.Any additional charges will be discussed with prospective residents or their families prior to admission. Please contact Manager for further details.
