Details re Meals		All meals are cooked on the premises. We operate a 4 weekly rotating menu which changes with the seasons. The menu is reviewed annually by a dietitian for nutrition, variation and suitability. Individual needs such as moulied meals or vegetarian meals are catered for as well as cultural and religious modifications. Personal likes and dislikes are catered for to the best of the cook's abililty.
