Dietitian Yes Menus are audited every 2 years or if there is major changes. She can be contacted for advice Lancewood has access to the Dietitians at Wanganui Hospital for advice and support Meals are cooked on sight
Kaumatua Negotiable We have a current agreement with Te Kotuku hauora O Rangitikei to provide cultural supervision. We also have access to the local Kaumatua in Bulls if assistance is required other than family
Chaplain/Spiritual Advisor weekly Yes Services are held every week with each denomination, the residents choose to participate.
Other Personnel Yes We have a lovely lady whom visits on a weekly basis, we have given her a title of emotional support person she is a lay minister and experience in councilling, this allows residents to chat in confidence

Rural Setting Yes Lancewood is on the outskirts of the Bulls town ship, the house looks out to the farm land to the south side and to the back. lancewood itself sits in 2 acres of land

Staffing Details One Registered Nurse on each shift 24/7, there is two Qualified Caregivers on with the Nurse. Manager lives on sight, Nurse Manager works 40 hours Monday to Friday and is on call 24/7 Staffing levels change depending on the needs of the residents
Fees Details/Fees Do Not Include Fees are paid as automatic paymant on a fortnightly basis. Fees do not include; podiatrist, hairdresser, Specialist doctors, hearing supplies, dentist, optomitrist, alternative medication, or non - subised medication.
