| Purpose:
To provide quality physiotherapy and occupational therapy services to people in their homes or rest homes. Services: • Assisting people with their mobility and/or independence (such as getting dressed, cooking a meal or doing chores) following surgery, injury, disease or age-related changes. • Physiotherapy assessment and treatment in the home environment. • Prescribing personalised exercise and mobility programmes. • Maximising rehabilitation and helping to prevent post-operative complications following surgery • Assessment of the home environment by an Occupational Therapist to increase safety and provide small aids and equipment to assist with managing everyday activities. • Assisting in the management of respiratory conditions. |
