Koru Retreat welcomes guests and carers to a lodge that provides a homely environment, for the purpose of short term quality respite care.
Koru Retreat has a maximum of 6 rooms and each room has its own private bathroom. We take pride in being small as this enables us at Koru Retreat to provide a high standard of individualised care with an emphasis on respectful, friendly interaction and ensuring your stay with us is easy, relaxed enjoyable and memorable and where a holistic approach is available to its guests. Koru Retreat: Cater for individual specific dietry requirements and preferences. Provides nutrious and tasty meals which are served three times a day, in addition to morning and afternoon tea. Lovely fresh home baking is also provided. Koru Retreat is happy to serve a visiting family at lunch and dinner time. Provides guests with an option to participate in various art/craft work. Outings are available for those guests who want to enjoy the beauty that Whitianga has to offer. Covers everything including showering, dressing & administer medication. We also provide a personal laundry service. Provides a pick up service for guests.
