| My name is Rose. It has always been my passion to care for the elderly with my extensive nursing training based around Geriatric care. I have worked in Private & General Hospitals and have attained valuable experience, knowledge and understanding of the elderly. I have spent a great deal of time working with psychiatric geriatrics learning about and caring for people with Alzheimers and Dementia.
Wanting to make a real difference in the care and well being of the elderly, I chose to create a company that specializes in 'In-Home Care', a place where clients can be comfortable and familiar in their own surroundings. It is important for myself and my valued staff at Graceful Care, that we take the time to listen, understand and assist our clients with their needs, whatever they may be. Graceful Care also provides additional support and care for families and loved ones who are permanently in a Retirement Village, Rest Homes and other secure facilities. At Graceful Care we offer: -- Companionship -- Showering/Bathing -- Grocery Shopping -- Domestic Cleaning -- Light Exercises -- Meal Preparation & Cooking -- Any specialized/tailored plan to suit client needs.
