Woburn Home is set among beautiful grounds only minutes from the centre of Lower Hutt. We are extremely proud of our 40-year history of providing wonderful care for the elderly in Wellington.

We have 42 single rooms providing care and support in a comfortable, homely environment. Our dedicated staff support residents in maintaining their preferred lifestyles and independence in a home-like environment.

We encourage residents to stay involved with their community, whether it's visiting their favourite hairdresser or attending their marae or RSA club. We offer regular church services or residents can visit their own church. We even welcome most pets.
