Ia ra ma matau koutou hei awhi, hei manaaki, kia pai ta koutou noho i runga i te rangimärie Resident’s individuality will be honoured, and respected at all times. Ka whakahö tia töu rangatiratanga i ngä wa katoa. Staff will have educated knowledge to understand dementia and interpret resident’s language of behaviour Kei te matau ngä kaimahi ki ngä mate pouware o te tangata me te möhio kit e awhi i aua mate. Awhina Mai is a shared living environment and will provide the freedom of space to move and promote self expression with dignity.
